JPI Healthcare has obtained the 'Certification of Excellent Company in Job Invention Compensation' hosted by the Korean Intellectual Property Office and the Korea Invention Promotion Association.
JPI Healthcare expects that all executives and employees will achieve greater results together in the future and that corporate growth will accelerate as it is directly related to actual sales. We will continue encouraging and supporting our executives and employees to demonstrate their creativity and innovate.
'Certification of Excellent Company in Job Invention Compensation' is a system in which companies select and certify companies that exemplarily provide support and compensation for inventions developed by employees in the course of performing their duties.
JPI Healthcare operates a compensation system for employee inventions to encourage active invention activities by executives and employees. It assists developers in filing and registering patents, utility models, and designs so that they can focus on research.
Over the past two years, we have achieved 25 patent applications, 22 patent registrations, 7 design applications, and 5 design registrations, resulting in this certification as a result of our efforts to develop the expertise and technical skills of our employees.
