ExamVue caters to applications in general radiology and specialist radiology, including hospitals, orthopaedics, and mobile X-ray. JPI Healthcare Solutions currently serves the global market, with worldwide equipment sales. JPI Healthcare Solutions works closely with their dealer to arrange the appropriate hardware and software and seamless integration between all of their products and customer’s existing equipment. As a recent example, JPI Healthcare Solutions has just supported one dealer in an initial 12 detectors sale to a very large medical group that is heavily integrated with their MRI, CT, and Ultrasound equipment. “The customer was so happy with our digital solution that, when they opened their next facility, they simply called our dealer with the site location and the buy date rather than hunting for other solutions in the market,” explained Mr. Elgohary.

One of the many ExamVue products JPI Healthcare Solutions offers is a unique high-end digital imaging system for veterinary applications that combines digital X-ray with a fluoroscopy feature as a single comprehensive imaging solution, the DynaVue. It provides a large field of view for both digital X-ray and fluoroscopy without the need to move the patient or even interrupt the exam. “There’s nothing in the market of its kind,” says Mr. Elgohary.

Mr. Elgohary highlights the company’s comprehensive FiveYear Protection Program, known as the 5-5-5 Coverage Program, with remote technical support, hardware warranty, and drop coverage, which is an industry first. “We understand imaging from the component level to the system level. Post-sale support is extremely critical. Medical facilities cannot afford to have a critical system down,” says Mr. Elgohary. JPI Healthcare Solutions takes pride in its experienced product managers that ensure the company’s tech support is best-in-class. “While some competitors’ tech support departments are hard to reach and may take up to 48 hours to respond to a customer call, our goal is to be available to support our customers when they call. If we are not available, we get back to them in less than two hours,” he states. In addition to such customer support, JPI Healthcare Solutions’ strategic dealer network has access to their in-depth technical and sales training to resolve customer issues without requiring JPI Healthcare Solutions’ immediate support.
